Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping at BETTER.shop. We aim to provide a hassle-free returns and exchanges process for our valued customers. Please review our policy below:

1. Returns:

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you place your order and change your mind,  please contact our SUPPORT team and let us know that you wish to cancel.

  • We will do our very best to cancel and refund your account but please note, if your parcel is in the shipping line, we cannot retrieve the order for cancellation. ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

  • If we can cancel, your order will be refunded by the customer support staff and you will receive your money in the following 3-5 working days. Please note, some payment methods/financial institutions can take longer to process a refund. If you are concerned, contact customer support and we will send you proof of refund from our shop.

2. Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items, such as personalized or intimate goods, are not eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item.

6. Lost or Delayed Returns:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. BETTER.shop is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

7. Return Address:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@better.shop for the return address.

8. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee may be applied to certain returns, and this will be communicated during the return process.

9. International Returns:

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE ITEMS or gift cards.
